Techno electronic music is a form of electronic dance music. This genre relies heavily on synthetic sound with rapid beats and studio effects. The focus is mainly on fast beats rather than the lyrics or other components of a song. It was very popular during the 1980’s, particularly in Detroit and Michigan.

Equipments required for making music are known as music gear. While some come under the acoustic category, others fall under the class of electronic music gear. Acoustic ones do not require any external source of electricity while the latter group works only electrically.
